700 K Anthem Row amenities; Roof Top Terrace, Fitness Center, Conference Center, Enclosed Bike Cage.
Roof Top Terrace: The building has a first-class roof top terrace that is one of the amenities for the convenience and pleasure of the building tenants. It will be available for use by tenant and tenant’s employees on a non-exclusive basis during the Building hours, except where Landlord has permitted another tenant temporary exclusive use or event of an emergency. If Tenant requests set-up and cleaning with respect to its use of the Rooftop Terrace, Tenant shall be billed on a reasonable basis for those services.
Fitness Center: The state-of-the-art fitness center is located on the third floor of 700K, equipped with the latest cardio and weight lifting equipment, including Peloton Bikes. The fitness center is accessible through the tenant card key and will be activated after a fitness center waiver is submitted online. The fitness waiver can be found in the forms section.
Conference Center: The spacious conference center, with the ability to connect your laptop to the big screen and present with ease, is located on the third floor next to the management office. This tenant-only conference center is open during business hours. To reserve the conference center for a meeting, please submit a request through the building app.
SWEETGREEN OUTPOST: Tenants can enjoy the convenience of 700 K’s Sweetgreen outpost program, enjoying complimentary daily delivery straight to the building.

Pick it up: Your order will be waiting for you in the hallway to the left on the management office on the 3rd floor between 12:15 PM - 12:30 PM
